“The Artful Door”
December 6 - December 31, 2002
The
holiday door continues to be the symbol of hospitality and
warmth and has long been the venue for expressing homeowners’
style in welcoming visitors into the home. Elder Art Gallery Gallery’s
“The Artful Door” will showcase paintings, sculptures
and mixed media work by approximately fifteen American artists.
 The
exhibit will represent the artists’ interpretations
of the holiday “Artful Door.”
All
work will be available for immediate purchase.
Featured in the exhibition will be Patrick Glover, Jocelyn
Audette, Diane Voyentzie, Katherine Wolf Webb, Amy Goldstein
Rice, Gina Gilmour, Jill Jones, Eula La Croix, and other American
artists.
Other “non-holiday” artwork, suitable for gift-giving,
will be shown as well.
“The Artful Door” will open with a reception on
Friday, December 6th from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.
